New Westralia Shipping Company

The New Westralia Shipping Company pre release Prospectus offer is an invitation to private investors to take part in the New Westralia venture capital raising to form a Board and Management Team to establish a private Merchant Fleet and General Shipping Services to cater for the rapidly growing Indian Ocean Region (IOR), for the interest of the general public of Western Australia.

 

Pre release shares are offered in a pool of four periodic releases of five million shares (of a pool of one hundred million shares) each distributed in a tiered classification system to encourage broad market distribution and reward long standing contributions to the Western Australian economy.

 

Priority tiered cut off dates are as follows.

(Periodic release number one of the Fourth of June 2024).

 

Class 1 – Permanent settlement prior to Sixth of August 1874 (Free Settlement status) – One Million Shares.

Class 2 – Permanent settlement prior to Twenty Ninth of April 1889 – One Million Shares.

Class 3 – Permanent settlement prior to Ninth of December 1974 – One Million Shares.

Class 4 – Permanent settlement prior to Fourth of December 1985 – One Million Shares.

Open class – Unrestricted settlement, participant, stakeholder or industry – One Million Shares.
